MY AUTUMN PURCHASES

As October was coming to an end, the weather quickly turned from brisk to, quite simply, what seems like freeeezing! So of course my wardrobe needed an update from bright colours, chiffon fabrics and pony skin sandals to something thicker, warmer and able to layer up.

ASOS is always my first stop for new styles and products, so when I saw these new Chelsea Boots (1. £50.00) I knew that they would be perfect to take me through into the colder seasons. Also, as Summer finally came to an end ASOS brought smiles back to everyones faces with a 50% off sale, where I found these lovely Pink Stone Earrings for a great price (3. £2.50).

I was also lucky enough to be interviewed for a job at Ted Baker, so I knew I needed to find something sleek, classy yet fun for my interview! I chose this lovely new season Crepe Tee Shift Dress (2. £45.00) in red from Topshop, which I later exchanged for them same dress in navy. - my favourite part was that as it's a lose dress with a low dropped back hemline, I got the dress in a size 6 and it fit perfectly!

My final and favourite purchase of the week were the Black Velvet High Waisted Leggings (4. £20.00) from Miss Selfridge! After writing my article on the craze of the velvet trend, I thought I needed to take my own advice and invest in a piece - and I'm so glad I did! These leggings go with everything, they're super comfy and they give a great twist to my outfit than just wearing black jeans.

So there you have it, my lovely purchases from the end of October!
